Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information nooy suhsuh, it's the pace ("nooy suhsuh", "we") collects through nooysuhsuh.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It is written in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.

The Site is currently in its pre-launch phase. We do not yet sell products or process orders, payments, or shipping. When we begin selling, this policy will be updated before any such processing starts.

1. What we collect and why

Waitlist

  • What: email address
  • Why: to let you know when our product launches, and to send our occasional newsletter
  • Basis: your consent at the time you join the waitlist

Skin reading (60-second quiz)

  • What: your answers to the quiz, including age range, gender, and descriptions of your skin condition and routine; your progress through the quiz; a session identifier; your language and device type; the page you arrived from
  • Why: to generate your result, to let you reopen the same result later, and to understand how the quiz is used so we can improve it
  • Basis: your consent when you take the quiz. Quiz answers are stored under a session identifier and are not linked to your identity unless you also join the waitlist in the same session.

Site usage

  • What: pages viewed, interactions with the Site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, and advertising identifiers set by the tools in section 5
  • Why: to keep the Site running securely, to understand how it is used, and to measure and improve our advertising
  • Basis: information necessary to operate the Site; for analytics and advertising, see section 5

Contact

  • What: your email address and the content of your message when you write to us
  • Why: to reply to you

We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or account credentials at this stage.

2. How long we keep it

  • Waitlist email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Emails that have not opted in to the newsletter are deleted within one year after our product launch.
  • Quiz answers linked to a waitlist email: same as the email.
  • Quiz answers not linked to an email: deleted or anonymized one year after collection.
  • Contact correspondence: one year after the matter is resolved.
  • Analytics and advertising data: according to your cookie settings and the retention policy of the relevant provider.

When the retention period ends, we delete the data so that it cannot be recovered.

3. Who processes data on our behalf

  • Shopify International Ltd. / Shopify Inc. — hosting the Site, storing form submissions, site analytics
  • Google LLC — storage of waitlist and quiz data in Google Sheets; site analytics via Google Analytics 4
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement via Meta Pixel

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Transfers outside Korea

The providers above store and process data on servers outside Korea, primarily in the United States, Canada, and the European Union. The transfer happens at the moment you submit data to the Site or when a tracking tool is loaded. Each provider processes data under contract with us, for the purposes above, for the retention periods above. You may refuse the transfer by not submitting your data or by turning off analytics and advertising in the cookie settings. Quiz progress records are stored in Google Sheets regardless of your cookie settings, so refusing that transfer means not taking the quiz. Refusing the transfer may mean you cannot join the waitlist or receive a quiz result.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The Site uses strictly necessary cookies to function. We also use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand how the Site is used and to measure our advertising. In regions where prior consent is required by law, these tools are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Elsewhere they are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time through the cookie settings on the Site or through your browser. Records of your progress through the skin reading quiz are kept by us directly, as described in section 1, regardless of your cookie choice.

6. Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing, by emailing the contact below. Unsubscribing from emails can be done through the link in any email we send. We will respond within 10 days. Requests may be made by an authorized representative with proof of authorization.

7. How we protect your data

Access to stored data is limited to the business owner. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and held with providers that maintain their own security certifications. We review what we collect and remove what we no longer need.

8. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We will post any change here and update the date above. For material changes we will notify waitlist members by email.
